How does the multi-tenant model work?
Each company gets its own subdomain (company.nomyt.co) with its branding, openings and candidates fully isolated. The backend filters every query by company_id and JWTs verify the user type to prevent cross-type access.
How does the resume OCR work?
Nomyt exposes a dedicated Cloudflare Workers service that receives a resume in PDF, JPG or PNG and returns experience, skills, education and personal info in structured JSON. We use OpenAI gpt-4.1-nano with Zod 4 validation for predictable outputs.
Do you have a candidate app?
Yes. Each candidate has their own portal at app.nomyt.co where they can complete their profile, upload resumes, mark favorite openings, apply with one click and track each application’s status in real time.
Can I integrate my calendar and video conferencing?
Yes. Nomyt syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook to show real availability to candidates, and auto-generates Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links when an interview is confirmed.
How is candidate privacy protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use HttpOnly cookies, short-expiration JWTs, rate limiting on sensitive endpoints and email enumeration prevention. We comply with data protection regulations.
